  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup cold water

For White/Cream Layer (Optional)

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tsp gelatin powder

  • ¼ cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Red Layer

    • Dissolve red jelly crystals in 1 cup boiling water.

    • Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water.

    • Pour into a serving dish or mold.

    • Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).

  2. Prepare Green Layer

    • Once the red layer is firm, dissolve green jelly crystals in 1 cup boiling water.

    • Add 1 cup cold water and let cool slightly before pouring gently over the red layer.

    • Refrigerate until set.

  3. Optional White Layer

    • In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in warm water.

    • In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar until warm (do not boil).

    • Refrigerate until completely firm.
