1 loaf French bread or Italian bread, sliced lengthwise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic until smooth and spreadable. Spread this mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
